Qolab is a coworking concept for gaymers, self-identified LGBTQ gamers marginalized by mainstream videogame industry. In The Interior World of Capital, Peter Sloterdijk claims that “what is at stake for the postmoderns is successful new designs for liveable, immune relationships…” no longer predicated on mass societies but smaller “…groups with individualistic immune designs.” Working within an economic model of time-shared partitions, this architecture accelerates the pleasure of living and collaborating within and across these immunological membranes.
